You must purchase or lease an eligible 2008 or 2009 Chrysler vehicle between 6/01/08 and 10/01/08 to take advantage of Chrysler Inner Circle rewards. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This program offers eligible consumers a 3 year/36,000 mile Lube/oil/filter scheduled maintenance service contract (Service Contract OC36N). *Vehicles with SRT, diesel and hybrid engines are excluded. Due to Florida law, free service contract not available in Florida.

Customers who purchase (Type 1) or lease (Type L) an eligible new 2008, 2009 Chrysler vehicle in targeted markets, LA/Orange County and also reside in those areas during the program period are eligible.

Customers who purchase (Type 1) or lease (Type L) an eligible 2008, 2009 Chrysler vehicle during the program period and reside in targeted markets, Miami/Ft. Lauderdale/ Palm Beach/West Palm Beach are eligible to participate in the program. Handraisers are welcome and must opt-in through the website (chryslerinnercircle.com) or toll-free number (877-IC-PERKS) to be eligible to participate.
Eligible vehicles must be delivered by October 1, 2008.
There is no sold order protection for this program.
Fleet type sales are not eligible for this promotion.

All Chrysler brand vehicles are eligible for the service contract (Service Contract OC36N), excluding SRTs, diesels and hybrids.
CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY:
Customers who purchase (Type 1) or lease (Type L) an eligible new 2008 or 2009, Chrysler vehicles during the program period are eligible.
Only the original Target Direct Mail (TDM) piece will be honored. Mechanical reproductions or facsimiles of the card are not valid.
There will also be some Handraisers recruited through print ads, website, and text messaging campaigns.
Lost TDMs will be honored.
The eligible retail purchase or lease must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant or registered in the name of an immediate family member living in the same household. Only one card per household will be valid.
Additional names will not be added to the original galley list under any circumstances.
DEALER RESPONSIBILITY:
If the TDM has been lost or destroyed, the dealer will need to call Program Headquarters at (800-227-0757) to confirm that the customer’s name appears on the eligibility list. Only a customer whose name appears on the list is eligible to participate.
Dealers are required to claim the Service Contract incentive by reporting the NVDR and claiming Program ID 39C8L3 through the incentive claim system.
The dealer is required to input the service contract code OC36N via the Service Contract entry screen and keep a copy of the application in the deal jacket.
Any claim reported without required proof of eligibility could result in a dealer chargeback, or nonpayment of a dealer claim.
CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITY:
Consumers must buy or lease an eligible new 2008 or 2009 Chrysler between 6/1/08 and 10/1/08. Consumers must call 877-IC-PERKS or log on to the website (chryslerinnercircle.com) and activate their cards. Activation will take 5-10 days.
